How to Purchase the Screening Form

To obtain the screening form, candidates are required to:

  1. Pay a non-refundable screening fee of ₦25,000.00 into the following account:

    • Account Name: College of Nursing Sciences, Obudu

    • Account Number: 1011621413

    • Bank: Zenith Bank Plc

  2. Present the evidence of payment at the Bursary Unit for confirmation.

  3. Pay a handling charge of ₦10,000.00 at the Provost's Office, where the screening form will be issued.

Date and Mode of Screening

  • Screening Dates:
    Wednesday, 14th August – Saturday, 16th August, 2025

  • Screening Mode:
    The screening will involve:

    • A Computer-Based Test (CBT)

    • An Oral Interview

Eligibility to purchase forms

Applicants must meet the following criteria:

  • Possess a minimum of five (5) credits in WAEC, NECO, or NABTEB, including:

    • English Language

    • Mathematics

    • Chemistry

    • Biology

    • Physics

  • All credits must be obtained at not more than two (2) sittings.

  • Provide evidence of the 2025 JAMB score, with a minimum score of 150.

  • Must have selected the College of Nursing Sciences, Obudu as their first choice of institution.

Important Notes

  • Candidates who did not choose the College as their first choice are still eligible to apply.
    However, such candidates must effect a change of institution/course to
    College of Nursing Sciences, Obudu on the JAMB portal.

  • Applicants must come with:

    • Two (2) recent passport-sized photographs with a white background.

    • Original and photocopies of all credentials.
