How to Purchase the Screening Form

We are pleased to announce admissions for the award of National Diploma(ND) in Nursing for the 2026/27 Academic Session. 
WHO CAN APPLY?
1. Candidates who select our College as their 1st Choice on their JAMB 2026 forms. 
2. Candidates who are up to 16yrs and above or those who would turn 16yrs before September 30th.
3. Candidates who have at least, credits in Mathematics, English, Physics, Chemistry and Biology in not less than two sittings. 
4. Candidate who combine either WAEC/WAEC, NECO/NECO or NABTEB/NABTEB in cases of more than two sittings. 
5. Candidates who score from 150 and above.

HOW CAN I APPLY?
1. Select the College as your first choice on JAMB. 
2. Log into our College website to obtain your post UTME Screening form @ https://exams.consob.edu.ng/ApplicationForm/PurchaseForm 
and follow the prompts to pay the screening fee, fill the form and pay the handling charges accordingly.


NOTE: You are expected to come with both documents for VERIFICATION/ FILE OPENING at the College Admission Office a day before your POST-UTME SCREENING DATE.

Eligibility to purchase forms

Applicants must meet the following criteria:

  • Possess a minimum of five (5) credits in WAEC, NECO, or NABTEB, including:

    • English Language

    • Mathematics

    • Chemistry

    • Biology

    • Physics

  • All credits must be obtained at not more than two (2) sittings.

  • Provide evidence of the 2026 JAMB score, with a minimum score of 150.

  • Must have selected the College of Nursing Sciences, Obudu as their first choice of institution.

Important Notes

  • Candidates who did not choose the College as their first choice are still eligible to apply.
    However, such candidates must effect a change of institution/course to
    College of Nursing Sciences, Obudu on the JAMB portal.

  • Applicants must come with:

    • Two (2) recent passport-sized photographs with a white background.

    • Original and photocopies of all credentials.
